This 110 sqm Residence, 30m away from the beach, can accommodate 7 people, in one bedroom on the ground floor with one single bed, 2 bedrooms on the first floor with double beds and 2 bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is in a separated unit with one independent bedroom with double bed and its own kitchenette and bathroom. 

The kitchen is fully equipped (cookware, and all necessary kitchen utensil) and dishwasher. The residence includes also Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine (and dry rack), Aircondition, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Hairdryer (in all bathrooms), Iron (and iron board), Safe box.

Towels are changed daily, sheets are changed once every 3 days.
Baby cot is also available, upon request.
